- Assumed a diminutive form to meet Sita, and a gigantic form to burn Lanka.

- Took a formidable form to destroy demons, and accomplished the tasks of Rama.

- Thousand-headed Sheshnaag sings your glory, as said by Lord Rama embracing you.

- Sanaka and other sages, Brahma, Narada, Saraswati, and Sheshnaag sing your praises.

- Even Yama, Kubera, and the Digpals, and poets and scholars fail to fully describe your glory.
16. **Tum Upkar Sugreevahin Keenha, Ram Milaye Rajpad Deenha:**
- You helped Sugriva by introducing him to Rama, who then bestowed kingship upon him.
17. **Tumharo Mantro Vibhishan Maana, Lankeshwar Bhaye Sab Jag Jaana:**
- Vibhishana heeded your advice, and became the king of Lanka, known throughout the world.
18. **Yug Sahasra Yojan Par Bhanu, Leelyo Taahi Madhur Phal Janu:**
- You leaped across the ocean to seize the sun, mistaking it for a sweet fruit.
19. **Prabhu Mudrika Meli Mukh Maahi, Jaladhi Langhi Gaye Acharaj Naahi:**
- With Rama's ring in your mouth, you crossed the ocean; no wonder.
20. **Durgaam Kaj Jagat Ke Jete, Sugam Anugrah Tumhare Tete:**
- All difficult tasks in the world become easy by your grace.

- You are the gatekeeper of Rama's door; no one can enter without your permission.

- All happiness is attained by seeking your refuge; who can fear if you are the protector?

- You control your own might, and the three worlds tremble at your roar.
24. **Bhoot Pisach Nikat Nahin Aavai, Mahavir Jab Naam Sunavae:**
- Ghosts and evil spirits do not come near when one chants Mahavir's (Hanuman's) name.

- Diseases and all pain disappear by constant chanting of Hanuman's name.

- Whoever comes to you with any wish obtains the limitless fruit of a rich life.

- You are the protector of saints and sages, and the beloved of Rama, the destroyer of demons.
31. **Ashta Siddhi Nav Nidhi Ke Data, As Var Din Janki Mata:**
- You are the bestower of the eight supernatural powers and the nine treasures, as granted by Mother Sita.

- You possess the elixir of Rama's name and remain forever his servant.

- Whoever reads this Hanuman Chalisa attains perfection, witnessed by Lord Shiva himself.
